PREMIUM PARTY FYI'S FOR PARTY HOST
The Kids Clubhouse Premium party package is set up for the most
stress-free and enjoyable experience for the party host and their invited guests.
Here are a few details of what is provided with the Premium party package:
*A dedicated party attendant, along with the party coordinator, will set up and arrange all food, drink and dessert items that is brought in by the party host. Party attendant will continuously replenish food items in need of refilling on provided plates, platters, trays. Party team will also manage cake cutting and singing of Happy Birthday to the party celebrant, monitor time and packing up leftover food, drinks, desserts and party gifts.
*It is recommended that the party host bring all drinks and non-perishable food and snacks to the facility at least 2-3 days before the event and perishable/hot food and 30 lbs of ice 1-2 hours before the event (if possible). This will allow for much needed time to complete the party room before your arrival.
*COMPLETE themed decoration – includes polyester tablecloths in colors to match your theme, a Dessert Table Display (where all desserts and cake brought by party host will be organized and displayed), themed vinyl backdrop, banners, signs and food labels. The party host will NOT need to purchase any other decoration for the event and will be required to be hands off. We provide ALL décor for the party room and ask party host not to add items that we will not be able to use. Exceptions for extra décor are balloons, framed photos of the birthday boy/girl or special toys to be displayed.
*Complimentary use of up to 2 chafing trays to keep your food warm. If more than 2 chafers are needed, we rent additional chafers for $15 each.
*Food & dessert plates, napkins and cutlery (in solid white color) are
included and will be replenished as needed throughout the event.
